Our client has developed a strategic approach and partnership model for working with emerging and mid-market biotech and pharmaceutical companies as they devise their Commercial Go-To-Market strategy. They focus on supporting the medical, clinical and commercial aspects of launching a new product to market. They are looking for a talented General Manager to lead the partnership with a Women’s Health Care Pharmaceutical organization as they kick off their product launch across the US.

Job Description

• The General Manager will be the lead liaison with the client, and be responsible for setting strategic vision and overall program execution including translating program requirements and operational tasks to deliver on the contract.
• The General Manager will manage 2 National Directors who oversee a large remote sales force (50+ reps) based across the United States, in addition to Market Access reps.
• The General Manager must be able to work cross functionally with internal key stakeholders including Finance, Compliance, HR, TA, Operations, Technology, and the Senior Leadership team.


• 15+ years of demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales
• 8+ years of Leadership experience, just be managing managers
• Previous experience working through a National Launch for a new drug
• Preference for candidates who have experience in the WHC (women’s health care) or OBGYN space.

Location: This is a remote work environment with a preference for candidates based in the Northeast (MA, PA or NJ preferred); Must be willing to travel up to 50% as needed
