Our client is not only one the Largest Public Companies in the United States, but they are also one of the top Global 2000 companies. They have over 50 years of experience and have branched outside of their traditional financial roots and into the software industry. They are growing their team of dedicated Customer Success Management team and looking for someone to support a book of accounts on the West Coast.

Job Description

• The Customer Success Manager will have a book of 100-150 accounts and be tasked with Retention/Renewal and Upsell/Expansion targets.
• 70% of the time will be focused on product, training, enablement and onboarding. 30% of the time will be spent focused on upsell and expansion
• The Customer Success Manager will be calling on board members and other high level decision makers within the C-Suite at Fortune 500 companies and above.


• 3+ year of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within a software, technology or services based organization.
• Experience creating and executing on customer engagement strategies
• Bachelor's Degree Required

Location: Candidates will report to an office based in San Francisco Financial District 3x/week with flex to WFH 2x/week
