Territory Account Executive – Hardware and Technology

Company Profile

While our client has been traditionally known for selling office supplies and furniture, over 50% of their revenue comes from their technology division. They are adding a dedicated Territory Account Executive to focus specifically within their technology division. This Territory Manager will sell everything from desktop and laptop computers to complete server rooms and technology refreshes within their territory accounts.

Job Description

• The Territory Account Executive will be focused on prospecting and hunting for new business throughout key accounts in the territory
• The Territory Account Executive must be knowledgeable around technology products and able to handle hundreds of SKUs to sell a diverse portfolio both directly and working with channel partners
• The Territory Account Executive will be calling on Directors of IT, CIOs, CTOs and other influencers to understand their needs for hardware/software, networking equipment, services to sell an entire package.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience selling hardware (computers, printers, networking equipment, etc.)
• 2+ Years of outside client facing sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations


Location: Working remotely from a home office but must live in the Greater Baltimore Area; Traveling 50% within the territory
