Our client has built an API Development and Testing platform for enterprise organizations to quickly test and collaborate while building software and platforms. They operate with a developer-first mentality and believe in supporting all developers and engineers with the best tools and resources on the market. They are a remote organization and looking to grow nationally after receiving over $200m in funding.

Job Description

• The Enterprise Sales Manager will oversee a team of remote sales professionals, each carrying a $1.5m quota, with a goal of doubling the size of this team in 2021/2022.
• The Enterprise Sales Manager must be a dynamic leader with the ability to oversee metrics and KPIs, ensure forecasting accuracy, and collaborate and prioritize deals.
• The Enterprise Sales Manager must be comfortable supporting a team focused on enterprise accounts ($500m-$10b in revenue) and driving senior-level engagement within these accounts.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of experience working in technical SaaS, Application Testing or DevOps focused organization
• 3+ Years of leadership experience within a hyper-growth environment
• Preference for candidates who have overseen remote teams, based in various time zones


Location: This is a remote work environment but candidates must live within the United States. Strong preference for candidates based in the Greater Boston, MA.
