This is a confidential search for a client in the Application Testing space.

Job Description

• The Inside Sales Manager will oversee a team of remote sales professionals, each carrying a $750k quota, with a goal of doubling the size of this team in 2021/2022.
• The Inside Sales Manager must be a dynamic leader with the ability to oversee metrics and KPIs, ensure forecasting accuracy, and collaborate and prioritize deals.
• The Inside Sales Manager must be comfortable supporting a team focused on mid-market accounts and driving a transactional sales process with IT decision makers and developers/engineers to win the deal.


• 3+ Years of leadership experience within a hyper-growth environment with experience hiring and building a team from the ground up
• 3-5 Years of experience working in technical SaaS, Application Testing or DevOps focused organization
• Preference for candidates who have experience with formal sales training (MEDDIC, Sandler, or other)

Location: This is a remote work environment but candidates must live within the United States. Strong preference for candidates based in the Greater Boston, MA.
