They are heavily focused on Customer Success and looking to grow with Client Success team.

Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a stable and growing organization that has an incredibly strong brand in the business analytic space focused on Bio-Med/Pharma industry sector.

--The Client Success Manager will support the sales team and work closely with a book of business to support onboarding, training and ramping new clients into the platform.
--The Client Success Manager will be focused on post-sales engagement and enablement to ensure retention and expansion.
--The Client Success Manager must be able to work cross functionally within the organization to leverage different area experts for the best outcomes.


--3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager
--Previous experience working within Market Research, Consulting/Advisory Services, or within the Pharma/Life Sciences space preferred.
--Bachelor's Degree required

Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA office; Traveling 10% as needed (Currently remote due to Covid-19)
