Our client is an emerging medical device manufacturer that is backed and led by industry veterans. They specialize in respiratory disorders and have developed a new technology and method to treat patients with. They received their FDA approval in January and are ready to scale their sales team in the Boston area with a dedicated Inside Sales Manager.

Job Description

• The Inside Sales Manager will work in a player-coach capacity, leading a small inside sales team of 5 representatives while also holding individual goals.
• The Inside Sales Manager must be a hands-on leader, in addition to overseeing metrics, KPIs, and pipeline targets they will be tasked with coaching, role-playing and training to ensure effectiveness.
• The Inside Sales Manager must be comfortable working in an environment with a high volume of leads and understand how to prioritize and drive sales process.


• 1-3+ Years of leadership experience (Management or Team Lead) within a
• Preference for experience within Medical Device, but open to strong B2B or software sales profiles as well
• Hungry, Willing and Motivated to do what it takes to scale. This is a start-up environment and the right candidate must be able to work with moving targets and help to establish goals

Location: This is an inside sales leadership position and candidates must report to a Waltham, MA area office daily.
