Inside Sales Manager – E-Learning / SaaS Gamification Platform

Our client is a Scale-Up EdTech company that has created an enhanced learning platform for STEM gamification to drive remote learning in both K-12 and Higher Ed.  They opened the US market in 2018 and experienced record growth in 2020 - adding over 2,000 clients!  They focus specifically in the virtual learning space, selling into Colleges, Universities and more recently, K-12.  This is an exciting stage for the company and they are looking for a strong Inside Sales Manager to join their growing team. 

Job Description

• The Inside Sales Manager will be managing a team of 6-10 inside sales reps working in a highly transactional, fast-paced sales environment
• The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring a team of junior sales professionals on sales strategy and assisting with closing when necessary
• The Inside Sales Manager will oversee KPIs and Metrics, weekly forecast meetings and quarterly reviews to ensure team is achieving targets of $500k in revenue per rep

Requirements

• 3+ Years of managing an inside sales team in a transactional SaaS organization
• Previous experience calling into the education space (higher education or k-12) preferred
• Must be tech savvy, leveraging Salesforce.com, Slack, GoogleSuite and other sales enablement technologies


Location: Reporting to a Boston, MA area based office 2x/week, working from home 3x/week.
