About the Role

RealSelf is seeking an SDR Manager to lead a team of Sales Development Reps and coordinate B2B-owned efforts focused on inbound lead qualifying and prospecting outbound revenue opportunities.

The Sales Development team is responsible for qualifying leads at unengaged points of the sales funnel and cold calling prospects generated by a variety of marketing and Sales outside sources. In this role, you’ll successfully drive your team’s goals/objectives, specifically how those numbers pull through to impact revenue and new customers. Through process optimizations, individual coaching, team training, messaging direction, daily objective tracking, and constant (near obsessive) data analysis, you will build and manage a team with high conversion rates and individual results. A successful candidate will display exceptional interpersonal and client-service skills across a variety of channels and promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables. This function reports into B2B marketing and is a bridge between acquisition marketing/revenue activation and Sales.

We are a remote-first company, and this is a remote role in the US.


Managing 4-6 SDRs to hit individual and team goals (with opportunity to scale) via:
Educating and developing prospects for Sales hand-offs that convert
Following-up on inbound and outbound marketing leads to identify qualified opportunities
Researching key players and enrich current database
Setting qualified booked meetings for Sales team with leads and current customers
Driving attendance for webinars and live conferences
Managing direct reports: recognize and take quick corrective actions, execute performance improvement plans and provide constructive feedback to your team
Closing your team’s knowledge gaps, address client objections, and explore other ongoing development that will continue to drive individual and team improvements
Owning the role of internal expert on the customer “gatekeeper” and office structure, day-to-day and best outreach practices
Leading weekly feedback loop meetings into call results, off-script messaging and tactics needing improvement/tweaks

About You:

2+ years of customer-facing experience
1+ year of experience managing a customer-facing team
Demonstrated ability to manage a Sales team or SDR-like roles
Previous experience (customer-facing preferred) with medical offices
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
Strong coaching, inspiration, and leadership skills
Highly self-motivated with confident decision-making skills and attention to detail
Expert in creating positive and supportive team environments that deliver results
Proven ability to make quick but informed decisions when the answers aren’t immediately clear
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach required (Gong experience strongly preferred


Minimal travel is required for this role.
