Job Description

Olla is looking for a highly motivated, innovative and organized individual contributor to join our sales team. You'll be working in a fully remote and fast-paced environment. Cannabis, and more specifically CannaTech, evolves each week. As a result, our sales strategy and product move quickly to continually push the envelope.

The mission of the role is simple; work with both founders directly to grow Annualized Revenue and hit our growth goals! With success in this role, a team will be built around you.

You must have a proven track record with the entire sales cycle; from prospecting, cold contact and discovery, to demoing, pipeline management, and most importantly, closing accounts. This job is all about being a strong seller, not a manager.

+ $85k - $120k (OTE)
+ 0.25 - 1% Equity


Close, Close, Close!
Build and run email campaigns, sales cadences and prospect segmentation
Cold and Warm contact, run effective discovery and demo meetings
Manage your pipeline and close multiple accounts each month
Attend physical and digital conferences and trade shows, when applicable.



3+ years of sales experience (SaaS is a benefit)
Experience working with remote teams
Exemplary communication and note taking skills
Proven knowledge of Sales, Pipeline Management and comfortable with CRM / Sales Enablement Platforms
Startup experience is a plus, but not required

Total Comp. $120,000.00
