Our client is an internationally based start-up that has already received over $20m in funding. They have created a dynamic machine learning and artificial intelligence platform to aid in the research and development of new drugs and clinical trials for major pharmaceutical organizations. Due to their recent client wins and expanding business needs, they are expanding several functions into the US and are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to support this growth.

Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a pure start up as one of the first sales representatives in the United States, with plans to triple the size of the organization by the end of 2022.
• The Customer Success Manager will be supporting new accounts through a 3-month pilot stage, through onboarding and training, and adoption
• The Customer Success Manager will be heavily involved with engagement, creating customer journeys and providing customer feedback to the team
• The Customer Success Manager must understand how to do QBRs with enterprise clients, maintain strong NPS, and leverage customers as needed for case studies


• 4+ years of proven Customer Success experience within an enterprise software as a service (SaaS) environment
• Preferred experience working with the life sciences, biotech or pharmaceutical industries
• Proven success fostering value-based relationships and a skill set enabling successful relationships.

Location: This is a remote opportunity but candidates must be based in Boston, MA or New York/New Jersey; Travel up to 25% to major accounts
