Job Description

• The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a book of SMB and Mid-Market accounts that are utilizing either staff augmentation or consulting solutions and looking to grow and maintain that revenue.
• The Account Manager will be responsible for expanding and finding new business engagements within these accounts via email, phone and tradeshows/events as well as leveraging the database (Salesforce) and marketing leads.
• A successful Account Manager will have a clear growth track to an Enterprise Sales Executive level position, working with top tier enterprise accounts as they grow with the company.


• 1-2+ Years of experience working in IT-Tech: cloud services, IT services, security, digital transformation or software development services.
• Will consider candidates with a Business Development looking to move in to Account Management / Sales.
• Must be a proven hunter and able to engage in c-level conversations to drive new business

Location: This is a hybrid office/work from home position, where candidates will be expected to report to a Waltham, MA area office 2-3 days a week; limited travel up to 25%
