They are not in a position to provide all the different types of financing small to medium-sized businesses need but we do offer this range of services from both small to medium size business.

Job Description

You will be responsible for :

Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
Performing project-based work as assigned.
Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
Handling a range of trust administration responsibilities including drafting trust documentation, minutes and resolutions.
Assisting with client onboarding and KYC processes and ensuring documentation is complete.
Facilitating bank account opening.
Ensuring the database contains accurate and up to date information.


You have at least 1 year experience within a Data Entry, Trust Officer/ Admin or Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant role, ideally within the Financial Services or any related industry.
You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
