They have built their company on offering their customers a chance to take a bird’s eye view of the competitive landscapes, market behaviors, trends, and an overall clear look into how to make profitable decisions in this environment. Due to their success and growth, they are looking for a Strategic Account Director in Boston, MA.

Job Description

• The Strategic Account Director will be overseeing a book of 10-12 top tier strategic accounts and will be focused on both revenue retention and expansion
• The Strategic Account Director will manage all business development activities within their accounts, including account plans and territory plans to grow the business.
• The Strategic Account Director will be supported by sales, customer success and product to provide both out of the box and custom solutions for all their clients’ needs.


• 10-15 years of demonstrated success in managing Global Accounts around technology, data, and Bio-Med, Life Sciences, or Pharma space - selling into the C-Level
• Experience in managing and growing a $5-10m book of business and hitting revenue goal.
• Proven success fostering value-based relationships and a skill set enabling successful relationships with numerous levels within the business hierarchy.

Location: The ideal candidate will be based in Boston, MA and will work in a hybrid office/work from home model; Traveling 35% to key account throughout the Northeast as needed
