Job Description

•Have a firm understanding of Cyware’s ICP and buyer personas as it relates to the solutions we deliver within multiple cybersecurity markets
•Use modern sales and marketing automation software to effectively manage a pipeline of prospective accounts
•Generate a robust pipeline of leads for the Sales team to act upon
•Track activity and sales results in a CRM system and report on defined KPIs every week
•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams and articulate market feedback
•Generate a stream of predictable self-generated bookings, revenue, and profits
•Foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operation and success of Cyware
•Understand our core messages and differentiation vs competitive solutions with an eye toward what will resonate with Cyware prospects
•Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities to deliver on sales targets
•Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual SQL targets
•Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives
•Establish BDR department in the US as part of Global BDR Organization
•Develop superior relationships with prospects and overcome their objections
•Integrate or transition from external BDR support
•Prospect for new sales opportunities using our existing lead database and online resources
•Participate in opportunity strategy development to help close business and meet monthly/quarterly/annual objectives, wherever applicable
•Serve as an advocate for the prospect, ensuring their need is clearly understood at Cyware
•Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure alignment and integration of sales and channel strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution
•Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
•Provide insights on go-to market plans for new products, participate in industry events and conferences, work with the marketing team on competitive and market analysis, and provide input regarding new product and new application opportunities
•Provide inputs to constantly improve our products and services for value-addition to our customers
•Consistently meet and exceed individual BDR/Sales targets
•Learn Cyware’s product suite inside and out

Requirements

•2-4 years of successful experience in a BDR role
•History of success in a hyper-growth company preferred
•Prior outbound BDR experience
•Sales and customer service-minded professional
•Capable of thinking outside the box, with a penchant for solving puzzles with team
•Extraordinarily hard-working with exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
•Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and work ethic — must be super organized and result-oriented
•Excited to work at a startup and contribute to its development and culture
•Demonstrated success in overcoming challenges
•Driven by metrics-based performance and an expert at using data to make predictions
•Possess clear idea of core leading and lagging indicators of success

•Experience with the following tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.
