They were established in the mid-1990's but operate with a start-up feel. Today they are partnered with organizations such as Tesla, Apple, GE, Raytheon, and Thermo Fisher. This is an opportunity to join a team in growth mode who have consistently been at or above their quotas year-over-year.

They are hiring their first Sales Development Manager to build a team of SDRs to support their aggressive growth plans throughout North America.

Job Description

• The Sales Development Manager will be tasked with building out the SDR function, including on-going hiring, mentoring and development of the team.
• The Sales Development Manager must be comfortable coaching in real-time, creating call-plans and account mapping strategy, and setting up KPIs for the team.
• The Sales Development Manager will be expected to work closely with Sales, Product and Marketing teams to support all go-to-market initiatives


• 3+ Years of sales development leadership experience within a SaaS organization
• Proven ability to coach a high-output KPI driven team
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: Hybrid model of work from home 2-3x/week and reporting to a Dallas, TX office 2-3x/week
