Our client is a growing start-up that is already being seen as a leader in the building automation and property management software platform space. Their platform allows multiple vendors and systems to be utilized in one easy platform so building owners and operators can get the most out of their space and provide ease of access for their tenants. They have grown both organically and through acquisition and are looking to hire a Regional Vice President of Sales to help expand their sales team in the New York Metro region.

Job Description

• The Regional Vice President of Sales is a net new hire for 2022 and will be focused on recruiting and growing a team of strategic and enterprise sellers in the New York Metro market.
• The Regional Vice President of Sales will be coaching, mentoring, and managing a team around account strategy within the commercial real estate space, focusing on both new business and account expansion.
• The Regional Vice President of Sales will be responsible for executing on a strategic plan, building sales processes and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years selling Enterprise Software or SaaS with a minimum of 5+ years in sales management
• Preference for someone who has experience selling software related to the real estate industry (ERP/Workflow software, building automation, access control, corporate office space/systems, commercial construction software, etc.)
• Must be a self starter and willing to direct, delegate and take on new projects as needed to ensure the overall success of the organization.


Location: This person will be reporting to an office in a hybrid capacity and expected to travel as needed to support the team. Candidates must be based in the Greater New York City / Tri-State Area
