Our client is a growing start-up that is already being seen as a leader in the building automation and property management software platform space. Their platform allows multiple vendors and systems to be utilized in one easy platform so building owners and operators can get the most out of their space and provide ease of access for their tenants. They have grown both organically and through acquisition and are looking to hire their first Revenue Operations / Sales Operations leader!

Job Description

• The Sales Operations Manager will be tasked with owning the Salesforece.com instance, including but not limited to, custom fields, formula fields, page layouts, custom objects, workflows and alerts.
• The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key metrics for the sales team and leaders, such as pipeline, win/loss, forecast and quota attainment
• The Sales Operations Manager will also assist in onboarding and training new sales team members as it relates to Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or similar experience within a SaaS based organization.
• Must have proven Salesforce.com experience; there is no Salesforce.com Admin, so this person must be able to create dashboards and reports as needed
• Ideal candidate will also have experience with Clari (Rev Ops platform) and Excel.


Location: This person will be reporting to an office in a hybrid capacity but must be located in the Greater Boston, MA Area.
