Job Description

Our company,, is looking for a Salesperson to be responsible for managing leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include managing your leads through our internal proprietary CRM system that is all online. Through this you will need to learn and understand industry pricing, inventory management, and the logistics industry.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be good with people on the phone and in emails. We will teach you the sales process and the dynamics necessary to succeed. You will need to have the ability to work well with our other departments at Training will be provided on our online CRM system and a proven sales approach to close deals.


Your Salesperson Responsibilities:
• A high level of communication skills.
• Negotiating deals with prospective clients.
• Determine pricing based on wholesale pricing and past sales.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company initiatives.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.

Salesperson Requirements:
• Fluent American or Canadian English speaker is highly preferred.
• This is a full-time job with USA/CAN hours. Your physical location is not important but sales are for US and Canadian markets so you’ll need to be working USA/CAN hours.
• You need your own computer with excellent internet speed.
• A self-starter – No cold calls. Sales leads and CRM will be provided.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reporting to the General Manager (Ronan Sweeney) as well as our CEO.
• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with our customers, our suppliers and the rest of our team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment and shift role as and if required.
