Our client is a growing start-up that already has an established relationship with one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world. Their simple and easy to use platform allows commercial real estate owners more visibility into their portfolio with an easy way to redesign, reimagine and reutilize work spaces. They are growing their channel team and looking for a key relationship manager to focus on growing their CRE relationship through expansion and collaboration.

Job Description

• The Channel Sales Manager will be focused on growing partner relationships and expanding the footprint within a key commercial real estate investment company.
• The Channel Sales Manager must be strategic and entrepreneurial with the desire to help build this new division, work cohesively with both internal and external stakeholders and be seen as a trusted advisor
• The Channel Sales Manager will be measured through core metrics, pipeline growth and the ability to attend and host events.


• 3-7 years selling Enterprise Software or SaaS to the commercial real estate industry or a similar PropTech solution.
• Ideally candidates will have previous experience working with Channel Partners such as JLL & Cushman Wakefield, etc.
• Ability to navigate complex deal cycles and travel to meet with clients

Location: Candidates can be based in Boston, New York, Charlotte, or Chicago. This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be on-site with clients 25% of the time and working remotely when not visiting clients. Flexibility to work from Boston, HQ as desired.
