About the Role
ClickTime is looking for a Director of Sales to provide the vision, strategy, methodology, and drive to take our sales process to the next level. Starting from the success we’ve enjoyed thus far, you’ll help us construct a more scalable, category-leading sales machine. As a member of the leadership team, you’ll also collaborate closely with the CEO and your peers to define the company’s direction, agree on goals to support the company’s direction, and build out the sales team necessary to achieve those goals. This is a rare opportunity to build and grow a sales team in your vision from the ground-up, with full support and collaboration from the leadership team, and full support from our sales operations team.

Requirements

About You
You’re comfortable selling a technical product; in fact, you prefer it, because it lets your talents shine. You thrive on a varied role: Part strategy and leadership, part coaching, part hands-on selling; a mix of inbound and outbound; higher-volume SMB deals and higher-value enterprise deals. Finally, you respect the role of sales ops, and how really good tooling can magnify all your team’s efforts.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CEO and leadership team to craft sales strategy and define goals
- Manage a team of experienced Account Executives, including setting quotas, territories, and methodologies
- Obtain a deep understanding about how products and services stack against our competition, in order to develop a strategic viewpoint on our industry
- Develop repeatable, scalable inbound and outbound sales workflows
- Recruit, hire, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives
- Achieve growth and hit revenue targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Close new business for ClickTime as needed

Qualifications
- 6+ years in SaaS sales, with 3+ years in a management role
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
- Demonstrated ability to implement and train sales teams in strategic selling techniques
- Experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics
- Experience developing a successful outbound sales initiative
- Goal-oriented; record of overachievement in previous pursuits
- High energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to the goals at hand
- Bachelor’s degree
