Company Profile

Our client has developed a no-code, automated AI platform for data management, reconciliation and compliance, with a primary focus on leveraging their platform for the financial services and banking industry. They are PE-backed and have grown both organically and through acquisition. They are headquartered in the UK but focused on building the US market and looking for their first SDR Manager to join the organization.

Job Description

• The Sales Development Manager will be tasked with hiring and building a SDR team in the US from the ground up, while working closely with the Head of Sales and the CRO.
• The SDR Manager will be creating, implementing and overseeing KPIs and metrics, messaging and cadences, pipeline quality and SQLs, as well as leveraging the tech stack as needed (Salesforce, HubSpot, Groove, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, etc.)
• The Sales Development Manager will coach and mentor the team on proper discovery and qualification techniques focused on new logos with an average deal of $50k-$150k


• 2-4 years of experience leading SDR or BDR teams in a SaaS environment;
• Must be a coach and mentor with a desire to help others fine tune their cold calling, pitch and discovery development craft; Previous experience hiring / firing and building a BDR program
• Ideal candidates will have a background in Fintech, or have sold to financial personas and decision makers, but not required.

Location: This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must be based on the East Coast, with a strong preference for candidates based in Boston, MA or New York, NY.
