Our client is a start-up in the benefits performance space and their solution helps organizations optimize their health benefits by eliminating waste and improving coverage all while saving money. They are a VC backed organization and poised for growth. They have established their go-to-market strategy, focused on self-insured employers and are looking for a talented sales professional to help them gain market share.

Job Description

• The Enterprise Account Executive will be working closely with the executive team and founders to drive net new business growth within large employers (500-5,000 employees)
• The Enterprise Account Executive will be expected to develop and execute on a sales strategy with a focus on key decision makers within the Finance and Human Resources teams.
• The Enterprise Account Executive must be comfortable navigating c-suite decision makers and dealing with 6-12 month+ long sale cycles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years selling in the payroll or benefits space
• Relationship builder with a passion for the healthcare industry
• Previous experience with an early-stage company or a desire to help build in a start-up environment


Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where candidates will need to be based in the Greater Charlotte, NC area and will report to the office 2-3x/week and work remotely.
