Our client provides an entire suite of software applications specialized for the oil & gas industry. Their portfolio includes engineering software, training modules and simulators to help with calculations to mitigate risk, accelerate projects and enhance performance. They are focused on growing their sales organization in Houston and looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to work alongside their growing sales executives team.

Job Description

• The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for working with a book of accounts and establishing long-term goals and strategy
• The Customer Success Manager will oversee the onboarding, adoption, expansion and retention for these key accounts and work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure success.
• The Customer Success Manager will do quarterly business reviews and report on customer KPI targets


• 2-3+ years of experience in a SaaS / Technical Software environment.
• Previous experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success, Renewals Manager, Client Manager or similar role
• Ideal candidates will have experience working with the Oil & Gas Industry

Location: This is an office-based work environment where candidates will report to a downtown Houston, TX based office.
