Our client is a privately held, PE-backed organization that has experienced significant growth over the last two years. They are focused specifically on the telecom data and analytics space and work with some of the biggest brands out there, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. They are looking for an Account Manager to support some of their largest clients within the major carriers, providers, manufactures and regulators of the telecom industry.

Job Description

• The Account Manager will be overseeing a book of business within the telecommunications industry and will be focused on retention, renewal and expansion.
• The Account Manager must be consultative, comfortable working with both marketers and technical personas to understand business objectives and initiatives.
• The Account Manager will be supported by a customer success and technical team, but must be able to present and gather requirements and work closely with internal data teams.


• 5+ years of account management or business development within enterprise level organizations, selling 6-figure+ contracts.
• Previous experience selling into the telecom vertical required; preferred experience selling into marketing and technology executives within the telecom account.
• Entrepreneurial and enthusiastic with a consultative approach and the ability to build lasting relationships for continued account growth.

Location: This is a remote opportunity with the company headquarters based in Boston, MA. Ideal candidates can be based in the Greater Boston or remotely on the East Coast.
