They offer an application development software which allows anything on a screen or a dashboard to be created or designed without having to re-write code. They stand alone from a platform perspective, are an international leader in the space, and are in heavy growth mode as an organization. They are expanding within their Customer Success and Renewals divisions and looking for a strong sales operations / sales enablement leader to help them as they grow.

Job Description

• The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the global Customer Success and Renewals teams through tracking metrics and supporting KPIs to streamline the renewals process.
• The Operations Manager will work extensively within to track pipeline renewal data and to review of all renewal POs to ensure accuracy for invoicing and payment.
• The Customer Success Operations Manager will assist the VP in data analyses for quarterly business reviews and internal reporting for the board.


• 5-10 Years of experience within a licensed-based software organization
• Previous experience supporting sales organizations through sales enablement, operations or business analytics
• Mid-level background in, but no certifications required
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where candidates must be local to Boston, MA with the ability to get to an office 2x/week or as needed.
