Our client is a start-up in the benefits performance space and their solution helps organizations optimize their health benefits by eliminating waste and improving coverage all while saving money. They are a VC backed organization and poised for growth. They have established their go-to-market strategy, focused on self-insured employers and are looking for a broker manager to join their channel team.

Job Description

• The Broker Channel Manager will be working closely with the executive team and founders to drive net new business growth within the broker network.
• The Broker Channel Manager will be expected to develop and execute on a sales strategy by establishing marketing and training programs to strengthen the broker referral programs.
• The Broker Channel Manager must be a strong relationship builder and have the ability to establish themselves as a credible and reliable business partner.


• 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years selling in the payroll or benefits space
• Relationship builder with a strong broker network, ideally having spent 2-3 years building a Broker Channel / Broker Partner program.
• Previous experience with an early-stage company or a desire to help build in a start-up environment

Location: This is a remote opportunity where candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central time zones. This role will require substantial travel with a quarterly expectation of traveling to the company HQ in Charlotte, NC.
