Our client is a pioneer in the EdTech space and their platform is being used now more than ever due to the changes in our society.  Our client’s technology focuses on the mental health of students as they progress their education and helps educators and school districts create, monitor and assess individual growth and development. They are headquartered in the UK and have been expanding their US presence for the last few years.  The are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to oversee their remote based account executive team in the US.

Job Description

• The Sales Manager will be tasked with managing and mentoring the SDR Manager as well as a team of 5 Account Executives and achieving an annual sales target of $10m.
• The Sales Manager will be creating, implementing and overseeing KPIs and working to motivate a team of sales reps in a remote environment
• The Sales Manager will coach and mentor the team on proper discovery and qualification techniques focused on new logos with an average deal of $10k-$50k


• 2-4 years of experience leading quota-carrying sales reps in a SaaS environment;
• Must be a coach and mentor with a desire to help others fine tune their cold calling, pitch and discovery development craft; Previous experience hiring / firing and building a BDR program
• Ideal candidates will have a background selling to educators or selling an EdTech platform, but not required.

Location: This is a remote opportunity where candidates must be based in the USA with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Chicago, IL area.
