Our client is a pioneer in the EdTech space and their platform is being used now more than ever due to the changes in our society. Our client’s technology focuses on the mental health of students as they progress their education and helps educators and school districts create, monitor and assess individual growth and development. They are headquartered in the UK and have been expanding their US presence for the last few years. The are now ready to bring on a dedicated SDR Manager to lead their appointment setters both in the US and abroad.

Job Description

• The Sales Development Manager will be tasked with managing and mentoring a global SDR team and two team leads while working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing.
• The SDR Manager will be creating, implementing and overseeing KPIs and metrics, messaging and cadences, pipeline quality and SQLs, as well as leveraging the tech stack as needed (Salesforce, Hubspot, Groove, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, etc.)
• The Sales Development Manager will coach and mentor the team on proper discovery and qualification techniques focused on new logos with an average deal of $10k-$50k


• 1-4 years of experience leading SDR or BDR teams in a SaaS environment;
• Must be a coach and mentor with a desire to help others fine tune their cold calling, pitch and discovery development craft; Previous experience hiring / firing and building a BDR program
• Ideal candidates will have a background selling to educators or selling an EdTech platform, but not required.

Location: This is a remote opportunity where candidates must be based in the USA with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Chicago, IL area.
