When a unit is prescribed, the doctor or a staff member can immediately hand the patient their new equipment and instruct them on its use. Neb Doctors files the insurance claims and answers all patient inquiries. That’s it!

Job Description

The Product Delivery Specialist is the key client service position in our company. You will spend days working directly with medical practices (Pediatricians, Family Practices, Internal Med, Urgent Care, Pulmonologists, Hospitals and OBGYN’s) stocking medical equipment such as Nebulizers, Phototherapy Units and Breast Pumps.

This person is the face of the company to our customers.

This person will be responsible for ongoing follow-up visits to each medical practice and clinic.

Additionally, this person is responsible for:

Deliver and follow-up on equipment needs for each medical facility (Nebulizers, Phototherapy, and Breast Pumps) in accordance with company policy and procedures,
Instruct the clinic on the safe and proper use of the equipment being delivered,
Educate clinic staff on the use and maintenance of equipment,
Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately to support the delivery and billing functions of the company,
Account Managers are responsible for the storage of equipment and to ensure this area is clean, organized and complies with all state and federal laws,
Please note that other duties may be assigned such as:

Utilization of a CRM to manage customer call notes, product inventory and other company data requirements,
Ordering of equipment for territory.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Passion for quality customer service and a can-do attitude,
A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service environment is required,
This person must have strong people skills and an interest in helping to improve the lives of others,
Must be mechanically inclined and organized,
Valid driver’s license with no moving violations or accidents,
Lifting and loading of equipment into and out of delivery vehicles and clinics is required,
Excellent verbal, written, and assessment skills a must,
Good problem-solving skills,
Legible handwriting,
Ability to concentrate on tasks and meet deadlines under stressful conditions,
Ability to maintain confidential patient and company information,
Organization and time management skills required,
Good customer service skills such as dealing courteously with the public, prospective patients, family members and individuals within the organization,
Ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision,
Ability to pass Criminal Background Check,
Ability to lift 35 lbs.,
TB test is required with negative result,
Maintain a clean working area in storage facility/corporate office,
Ability to assemble respiratory and other medical equipment,
Ability to explain a process and educate a clinic staff,
Working knowledge of computers and basic data entry skills required, i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.,
Complete a form legibly, excellent phone skills and call management, sequence of events/ situation analysis, spelling and reading comprehension,


Education/Training/Certification/Licensure:

College Degree Preferred,
Three + years’ experience in a customer service role,
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
