Sleipnir Floor Safety is a fast-growing Floor Safety service provider located in the USA. We are searching for a B2B Sales Director, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference.

Position Type: Contract

Preferred Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Pay: Commission only (10% to 20%)

Principal duties and responsibilities

Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) Search for new client leads. Recruit, hire, and train sales team Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education Manage relationships with existing customers. Achieve growth and hit sales targets Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration Minimum 7yrs of Sales experience Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus Prior experience in the Floor Safety industry is a plus Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation. Well dressed, groomed, and organized.
