Business Development Representative – FinTech Software

Company Profile

Our client is a pure FinTech start-up that is backed by some of the biggest names in investors out there, including some of the top Angel Investors. They went to market in this past year and have already experienced 50x growth! They are looking for their first hire on the Business Development team to help them continue their rapid growth and scale! This first Business Development Representative will have a clear growth track to building a team underneath them within the next 6 months.

Job Description

• The Business Development Representative must be an ambitious, driven and a self-starter and willing to pick up the phone to make outbound calls
• The Business Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting, creating targeted account lists and cold calling to build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
• The Business Development Representative will primarily focus on start-up tech organizations and must be comfortable speaking with multiple stakeholders


• 6 Months-1 year of Business Development experience, with a preference for candidates with SaaS experience
• Ideal candidates will be motivated self-starters, looking to get to the next level in their career.
• Passion and interest in the FinTech Space

Location: This is a remote work from home sales environment, with a strong preference for candidates based in Boston, MA or New York, NY.
