Our client is a growing start-up that is already being seen as a leader in the building automation and property management software platform space. Their platform allows multiple vendors and systems to be utilized in one easy platform so building owners and operators can get the most out of their space and provide ease of access for their tenants. They have grown both organically and through acquisition and are looking to hire their first Sales Enablement Manager to oversee all training, onboarding and enablement programs for the sales organization.

Job Description

• The Sales Enablement Manager will be tasked with developing and owning the entire sales enablement program, including but not limited to, creating training programs, onboarding programs, sales assessments and educational content as needed.
• The Sales Enablement Manager will partner closely with marketing and product to create and evolving strategy to ensure the sales team is always up to date on best practices and new strategies
• The Sales Enablement Manager will also evaluate and maintain sales enablement tools to assess the impact and overall success for the business and sales teams.


• 5-10 years in Sales Enablement or Sales Training within a SaaS based organization.
• Proven experience impacting business outcomes and increasing sales productively through win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
• Previous experience creating training programs and content from the ground up as part of a start-up organization.

Location: This person will be reporting to an office in a hybrid capacity but must be located in the Greater Boston, MA Area.
