We are on a Confidential Search for a Chief Revenue Officer to join a PE-Backed, Healthcare Start-Up organization that has developed a new technology. This role will be working directly with the CEO and Board of Directors to build out the Go-To-Market Strategy, Drive Sales and Build a Team.

Job Description

• The CRO must be a hands-on leader. We are looking for someone to help build this sales team from the ground up while also focusing on strategy and execution.
• You must be comfortable stepping in and making sales calls, going on field visits to hospitals and healthcare systems and doing whatever it takes to secure the sale.
• The CRO will report to the CEO and must work closely with sales, product, engineering and marketing to align on strategy, go to market, and all aspects of new business generation.

Requirements

• Strong background in Healthcare Sales with at least 5+ years managing teams and building scalable and repeatable processes
• Proven ability drive revenue strategy and experience working to scale an organization from $5m-$20m
• Previous experience with a new Healthcare Technology where you were at the forefront and had to evangelize the market – this is a start-up organization and you must be comfortable wearing many hats to help build and scale.


Location: The ideal candidate must be able to commute to the Greater New York, NY area on a weekly basis and will work in a hybrid environment while visiting clients and the office as needed.
