They have been building their channel program over the last year and are now ready to bring on a Strategic Alliances Manager to work with their top partners.

Job Description

• The Strategic Alliances Manager will be overseeing a book of 5-10 key strategic HR software partner accounts like Workday and working to strengthen and expand those relationships
• The Strategic Alliances Manager will be tasked with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to strengthen co-selling and GTM programs.
• The Strategic Alliances Manager must be comfortable leveraging internal teams as needed and working to create lead generation/marketing and training & enablement programs as needed to support these relationships.


• 3+ Years’ experience working within HCM, Talent Management, ATS or similar HR software/services offerings
• Previous experience working in a Channel Sales, Alliances or Partner Sales model working with ISVs
• Self-Starter with a systematic approach in a completely virtual work environment

Location: This is a remote, work from home opportunity with ideal candidates being based on the East Coast
