Job Description
Our ADI Global Distribution business is the leading wholesale distributor of security and low-voltage products and is independently recognized for the superior knowledge and service our teams provide.
In this position, you will utilize your knowledge of low voltage products to assess customers and cross functional team needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and quotes.
JOB DUTIES
Growing sales, maintaining detailed technical/product knowledge and assisting dealer base and sales staff with the presale design of systems products
Process customer and branch requests for assistance on presale design of systems related products in the form of written quotes
Researching best in class product solutions from a wide variety of vendor product
Operating in a call-center environment responding to customer and branch from phone and email requests
Maintaining a detailed daily log of all telephone and quote activities
Supporting a learning culture by actively participating in various educational activities

Requirements
