Sales Director – Manufacturing Software

Our client has been an international leader in the manufacturing software space for over 20 years. They work with some of the largest names in the business, such as Raytheon and Pratt & Whitney to help them manage their manufacturing equipment. Their software creates increased utilization and optimization of all equipment and tools, resulting in speed and reduced costs. They are looking to bring on a talented Sales Director as a Player-Coach to support and grow their US Sales Team.

Job Description

• The Sales Director will be leading a small sales team while also focusing on growing business in a multi-state territory throughout the Northeast (MA, CT, NH, NJ, NY)
• The Sales Director must be a proven seller with the ability to coach and mentor on running a full-sale cycle, monitoring KPIs and the new business funnel
• The Sales Director will also support marketing effort by attending trade shows and meeting with clients to drive net new business.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience selling into major manufacturing organizations
• 3+ Years of experience selling CNC Tooling equipment/software and/or CAD software
• 2+ Years of experience leading or mentoring remote sales teams
• Must be a US Citizen


Location: This is a remote work opportunity where ideal candidates will be based in the Northeast Region (MA, CT or NY) with the expectation of travel 25% including some international travel
