Job Description

As a valued member of the Sales Operations team, the Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical sales support for the Residential Thermal Solutions Products Sales organization while developing, deploying, and enabling the key processes within Sales and Marketing. This role will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth; develop and assess sales support libraries and templates to enable scalable work processes as well as reporting and financial roll-up. Analytical support will consist of bookings analysis, customer revenue and pipeline analytics, sales incentive process support, and ad-hoc analysis as requested by Sales and business leadership.

Job Duties:

Develop key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives
Analytically support the Sales Organization including Sales Leadership
Analyze data and trends and make informed recommendations to the sales teams and managers
Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Ensure Sales teams have appropriate reporting, dashboards, and analytics with high quality data
Coordinate with various internal stakeholders such as Resideo’s Finance team, Marketing, Compensation & Benefits group
Help execute Commission plans for Resideo’s Manufacturer’s Representative companies, and other third-party sales intermediaries
Roll-out various one-time Sales Incentive programs such as quarterly SPIFF programs, one-time-bonus plans, or other ad-hoc programs as needed
Train and on-board Resideo’s sales force onto new Sales Incentive tools
Liaise with internal functions such as IT to constantly increase efficiency and effectiveness of Resideo’s Sales Incentive technology tool stack

Requirements

You Must Have:

4-year college degree, preferably in Business or related area
Business Intelligence (or equivalent reporting tool) experience
High-level communication skills
Ability to work cross functionally within a large complex organization
Knowledge of and familiarity with common Sales Incentive tools
Strong excel and data manipulation skills
