This privately owned company has experienced 20% YoY growth and is now looking to expand their team with a Senior Sales Executive in the Boston region.

Job Description

• This Senior Account Executive will be responsible for full sales-cycle, spending 60% of their time working within existing accounts within a vertical based territory and 40% focused on net new.
• The Senior Account Executive will be focused on selling a $20k-$60k training packages, as well as upselling additional consulting and coaching programs.
• The ideal candidate will be seen as a credible and relationship driven partner that is self-motivated to achieve targets without KPI goals.


• 5+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding goals
• Experience selling a service, consulting, research or other intangible offering
• Previous experience working with HR, Talent Development or Project Management executives preferred but not required.

Location: Reporting to a Boston, MA office with WFH flex 2-3x/week; Travel as needed to clients
