Brief Job Description

Due to high demand, Windsweeper wishes to grow its sales force. We are on the lookout for highly self-motivated & results driven individuals. We're after resourceful, energetic & strong-willed sales people who want to be able to write their own cheques.
Our sales reps are responsible for consistently gaining new business via both outbound and inbound initiatives. This includes proposing a wide range of internet marketing solutions to small, medium or large sized businesses in various industries, and maintaining relationships where necessary.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Ability to communicate effectively, in person, on the phone, or through written communications; handle objections, and close deals once all of the client’s needs have been identified and addressed.
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Customer outreach/perform cold calls, as well as receive inbound calls from customer leads to respond to their inquiries and detail our services/packages.
Meeting Prospects in Person: Where necessary, you will meet with the potential customer to close them on our services.
Conducting Interviews: You may need to interview a business owner or decision maker about their business and gather information that can lead to a sale of our services.
Sold Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales quotas.
Sales Activity Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitor information.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuous management of sales activity – new, renewals and upsells.

Desired Skills
- Experience in a high-volume telecommunication sales position; cold calls/outbound, as well as inbound.
- Internet-savvy and proficient with Google tools such as Docs and Sheets.
- Winning mentality and a sharp focus on driving results.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to build relationships with prospects and clients
- Ability to recognise and capitalise upon new client opportunities.
- Strong team player with a “’can-do” attitude and passion for excellence; self-started, self-motivated and independent.
