They offer an application development software which allows anything on a screen or a dashboard to be created or designed without having to re-write code. They stand alone from a platform perspective, are an international leader in the space, and are in heavy growth mode as an organization.

They are building out their first Customer Success team and looking for strong relationship focused candidates to join their growing US based team.

Job Description

• The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for working with a book of accounts and establishing long-term goals and strategy
• The Customer Success Manager will oversee the onboarding, adoption, expansion and retention for these key accounts and work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure success.
• The Customer Success Manager will do quarterly business reviews and report on customer KPI targets


• 3-5 Years of experience within a licensed-based software organization
• Previous experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success, Renewals Manager, Client Manager or similar role
• Experience working with developers and engineers preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: Candidates will be in a hybrid work model, with an expectation to report to an office 2-3x/week in Boston, MA; Travel to key accounts as needed
