Our client is manufactures and distributes energy efficient storage units, with a specific focus on the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. They are an early adopter of green technology and their solution allows companies to prioritize environmentally friendly initiatives while saving on long term costs. They are a start-up organization but already work with key players in the space, such as Novartis, GFK, Merck, Pfizer, J&J and more. They are looking to gain market share within the United States by bringing on an East Coast based Sales Director.

Job Description

• The Sales Director will be focused on bringing on new business and expanding key relationships within pharmaceutical manufacturers in the United States.
• The ideal candidate will be able to drive strategy and action plans within their region and collaborate with the international team as needed to get the deal done.
• The Sales Director will be selling projects to operation managers and project managers at engineering and consulting firms and must be comfortable working in a long sale cycle, with an average deal taking 6m-18m


• 5-10 years of project-based sales experience with a focus on Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences verticals.
• Ideal candidates will have experience selling capital equipment or refrigeration/cooling solutions
• Must have experience selling in a consultative environment focused on $1m-$10M projects

Location: This is a remote work environment but candidates must be located on the East Coast with ideal candidates being based in MA, NJ, PA, MD or NC. Candidates must have the ability to travel upwards of 40% to meet with clients, including 1-2 international trips/year to the company HQ.
