Company Profile

Our client has been family owned and operated for over 150 years. They specialize in providing custom uniforms and equipment for the public sector, with a specific focus on Police, Fire and EMS. They sell through a network of retailers and distribution partners throughout the United States. They are stable and looking to grow their sales team with a Regional Sales Manager based in their Attleboro, MA office.

Job Description

• The Regional Sales Manager will be given a book of targeted accounts and will be focused on both growing existing business as well as prospecting for new accounts.
• The Regional Sales Manager will be reporting to the office when not traveling but will be traveling to the Southeast Region upwards of 25% for tradeshows, networking events, and to meet with their partners.
• The Regional Sales Manager must be comfortable working on custom projects and quotes and investing the time to build a successful and lasting relationship with public safety agencies

Requirements

• 2-5+ Years of experience in an outside business to business sales role
• Must have an extreme sense of urgency, reliability and perseverance to get the job done.
• Comfortable meeting, presenting and training both in person and remotely via Teams/Zoom meetings.


Location: Reporting daily to an office in Attleboro, MA; Traveling 25% of the time to the Southeast Region
