Job Description

•Learn transferable business skills in sales, marketing, negotiation, administration, and more
•Interact with business people across a broad range of industries and positions
•Engage in weekly feedback sessions
•Make 60+ outbound calls per day
•Pass along referrals / leads to Corporate Business Development Directors
•Work closely with manager to pass along insight into companies and best practices
•Opportunities for advancement with strong performance


•6+ months sales experience required, specially in an outbound calling role
•Strong written and verbal communications skills in a senior executive environment required
•Proven ability to find a way to get a foot in the door to build relationships
•Experience in project management or technology development a plus
•Ability to work in CRM systems a plus, knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot ideal
•Ability to work well in a lean and rapidly changing entrepreneurial organization required

Base Comp. $55,000.00
Total Comp. $75,000.00
