Job Description

The Regional Account Manager will contribute to growing our client list and assist in maintaining business relationships. The role requires a high-level of interpersonal skills, business acumen, marketing knowledge, and technical know-how to handle calls on a broad range of “Signature” services. The ideal candidate will be working with both existing customers and qualified leads in addition to generating their own opportunities.


Engage with multiple accounts, ensuring a high-level of customer retention and satisfaction.

Provide exceptional quality consultative service.

Collaborate with the National Sales Manager and respond to potential new clients' onboarding packages.

Perform as a liaison with the clients and co-workers to identify and support needs.
Lead and direct company responsibilities for complaints and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the departments of the organization to learn the entire business to ensure optimum resolution of issues and excellent client service.

Manage incoming questions, requests, and updates from clients through inbound phone calls, and emails.

Approach each day with a keen sense of urgency.

Comprehend technology and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.


Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred.
