Job Description

Inside Sales Support will contribute to the growing client list and assist in maintaining strong business relationships. The role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, business acumen, marketing knowledge, and technical know-how to handle calls that on a broad range of services. The ideal candidate will be working with both existing customers and qualified leads in addition to generating their own opportunities.


Engage with multiple accounts, ensuring a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.

Provide exceptional quality consultative service.

Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Sales and respond to potential new clients' onboarding packages.

Perform as a liaison with the clients and co-workers to identify support needs.

Lead and direct company responsibilities for complaints and follow-ups.

Provide a positive work atmosphere with management as well as co-workers throughout the organization.

Collaborate with the departments of the organization to learn the entire business to ensure optimum resolution of issues and excellent client service.

Manage incoming questions, requests, and updates from clients through inbound phone calls, emails, and use the company’s platform.

Handle multiple priorities.

Approach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline and urgency.

Comprehend technology and how technology enables business productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.


Entry Level-3 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred.

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
