Our client has developed a personalized employee communication platform that allows for a faster, more dynamic and intuitive communications throughout and organization, resulting in a more productive workforce. They are a Microsoft Gold Partner and boast key clients such as the Boston Red Sox, MetLife, ING, Chevron, GSK, Unilever and Everbridge. They experienced record growth over the last couple of years and are looking to expand their North American Sales Team with a talented Senior Account Manager (CSM).

Job Description

• The Senior Account Manager will manage a group of 30-40 upper mid-market to enterprise accounts across all verticals
• The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for upselling, cross-selling, and handling renewals with a focus on attaining an annual quota
• The Senior Account Manager will work in a collaborative environment with a team of 6 Account Executives, 4 Senior AMs, and 2 Sales Engineers


• 3-7+ Years of experience working with a SaaS based organization and/or implementation agency
• Previous experience with a $1m-$2.5m quota working within existing accounts.
• Must be comfortable being the day-to-day voice for the customer and have experience with NPS and Customer Satisfaction responsibilities

Location: Ideal candidates will be based in the Greater Boston Area with the ability to meet at the office 2-3x/month or on the East Coast (Remote)
