We are seeking candidates with a go-getter mentality who have an understanding of the sales process and great communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, work independently, have confidence in the sale process, and motivation to be the best!

A Successful Sales Representative candidate must possess:

- High school Diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ Years Sales Experience (Inside Phone Sales recommended)
- Motivation to exceed sales goals – you are not satisfied by doing the minimum, and you strive to be the best both individually and as a team!
- Strong communication skills – building rapport quickly, active listening, and have confidence in what you’re selling.
- Ability to accept feedback and have the drive to continuously improve.
- Ability to multi-task, effectively complete all tasks and work independently.
- Have attention to detail.
- Outreach via telephone to potential clients to discuss our process and services.
- Accept warm leads and dialing through pipeline to ensure follow ups are completed.
- Build relationships with potential clients.
- Proven success effectively uncovering needs/pain points of potential clients and their timeshare experience.
- High speed internet access.
- Consultative sales experience is a plus!!
- Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
- Timeshare industry knowledge a plus!

Base Comp. $75,000.00
Total Comp. $125,000.00
