Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative- Full-time

Location: Remote

What You’ll Be Doing:
Work closely with sales heads of SMBs for US countries in the US time zone.
You will manage the early stages of the sales process through prospect qualification, helping prospects align to the appropriate resources, reporting, and scheduling for Goodera’s Sales organization.

Research new prospects, identify key decision-makers, develop relationships with engaged leads and prioritize consistent follow-up.
You will qualify the prospect's needs and professionally articulate Goodera’s value proposition.
Collaborate with the outbound sales team to establish a scalable and consistent process.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity and the needs of prospects
Move leads through the sales funnel, and work towards understanding and improving our demand generation process.
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
Provide consistently and timely follow-up communication and action steps after every sales call
Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative.


2-4 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales
Available to work in the US time zone
strong experience conducting a high volume of cold calls
Demonstrated ability in crafting and sending a combination of highly personalized emails, overcoming objections, and creative thinking
Ability to learn/understand and articulate our solution as well as communicate a compelling narrative
Strong organizational and time management skills; demonstrated success in working remotely
Willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calls every day while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
Proficiency with the typical CRM tools
