Job Description

•Own our demand generation machine: plan, create, and measure success of inbound and outbound campaigns to bring in new customers using a mix of tactics, including email nurture, webinars, digital advertising, social media, blogs, and events. You’ll work together with your digital marketing, product marketing, and sales counterparts to drive success.
•Grow current customers using account-based marketing strategies and find new customers using your choice of inbound and outbound tactics
•Be attached at the hip with your digital marketing counterpart to create the best campaign tactics across PPC, social media, and marketing automation
•Manage the email campaigns for new prospects, current accounts and our training business
•Manage the events strategy for Technical Toolboxes

Requirements

•5+ years of demand generation / end-to-end campaign management experience
•Marketing automation experience using tools like Pardot and Hubspot
•A demonstrable understanding of SEO, PPC, and Social Media usage to drive new leads
•The ability to forecast and report on lead growth based on tactic performance
•A strong desire to partner with our BDR team to focus on lead generation results (vs. activity)
